We have a blog post that recommends the Roofing Contractor give their labor warranty WITH THE BID and not with the contract or after the work is done... why do we recommend this?

It's simple, giving the warranty with the bid helps YOU... giving the warranty with the contract helps the customer. After all, you are in this business to make money and you can't make money without roofing jobs.
