A NOTE ON STATE VERSIONS: Our software packages are available in California State, New York State, Florida State, Louisiana State, Texas State, Washington State, Nevada State, and Any State versions. These state versions comply with the latest laws from those states (2007). We plan to add more states so check with us. The Any State versions are based on the California State version but lack the specific California Notices. The Any State Version will work for most states AS IS but if necessary, you can easily add whatever you need for your state. California has the toughest construction laws in the country and many states have patterned their laws after California Laws, so that makes it is easy for you to modify the Any State version to meet your particular state law– especially with the powerful software included with ACT Forms on Disc. OUR FULL PACKAGE SOFTWARE IS CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU: We custom burn each CD-ROM that you order when you order our custom software package. We do not pull your software from a shelf. The reason we offer this is that we want you to spend your time using the software to make you money. We don't want you to have to spend your time putting in things like your company information and LOGO. We have already done that for you! Our custom form software is ready for you to use! Don't worry! You can still change your LOGO or other information on the custom version just like you can on any other version. OUR SOFTWARE IS EASY TO LEARN AND USE: We have done all the "grunt" work for you so the learning curve for our software is practically nonexistent. The interface is simple and intuitive. What you see on screen is what you get when you are ready to print the form. The software comes with a tutorial to teach you the basics and a full, searchable online help file. Errors are a thing of the past because you don't print the form until it looks perfect on screen! OUR FORMS ON DISC SOFTWARE LETS YOU CHANGE OR ADD ANYTHING YOU WANT: With our software, you can change anything you want on any or all the forms. You can add job pictures to any form directly from a digital camera or indirectly from a scanned photo. Roofers, don't give away jobs to other contractors because your bid doesn't measure up? Just take a digital camera on the roof with you during the inspection and put these photos on your "Roofing Inspection Photo Sheet" form included in The Roofers Forms on Disc software package. No matter what the problem is on the customers roof, any damage will look 1000 times worse on these pictures. You'll be amazed at the results. AND OF COURSE, WE'LL PRINT OUR FORMS FOR YOU: We offer custom printed forms in two or three part carbonless with a quick turn around for those of you who need traditional, paper forms. We will include your company information on each form and if you like. For a $45 one time fee, we'll print your company LOGO on each form also. CALIFORNIA CONTRACTORS, WE WILL HELP KEEP YOU CURRENT WITH NEW LAWS: When you order our ACT Forms on Disc Software, you have the capability of changing the form in any way you want.
